Uptili Terms of Service

Effective as of September 28, 2025

1. Definitions

Uptili – an application for monitoring availability of websites and online services, accessible at app.uptili.com.

2. Scope of services

Uptili provides website and service monitoring by periodically checking availability and sending email notifications. Free and paid plans are available with different feature sets.

3. User account

To use the service, a user must create an account and verify their email. The user agrees to provide accurate data.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed by an external provider. Failure to pay will result in suspension of the account.

5. User obligations

• Not to provide unlawful content.
• Not to engage in actions that disrupt the application.
• Responsibility for correctness of monitored URLs.

6. Liability

Uptili strives to ensure high availability of services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Uptili is not liable for indirect damages resulting from downtime.

7. Term and termination

The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party at any time by deleting the account or ceasing the service.

8. Changes

Uptili may amend these terms, with prior notice to users. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new version.
